Gemfall: The Dead City
The dead have taken the city. You have a handful of survivors, a few city blocks, and your wits.

A match-3 you fight with
Every job in the game is played on a match-3 board: scavenging a grocery store, scouting a fogged street, fighting off the night, getting a stranger to trust you enough to come home with you. The colours on the board are real resources and real abilities, and each kind of job changes what falls, so a supply run and a fight feel like different games before anyone casts anything.
Fights are turn-based and two-sided: you and whatever you are up against take turns on the same board. There is no timer. Think as long as you like.
A city to hold
Between runs you run the settlement on a map of the city: which blocks to reclaim, which buildings to repair, who goes out today and who stays behind. Food is short, the nights get worse, and people under pressure crack. Survivors have classes, gear and moods, and the ones you lean on hardest are the ones most likely to break.
And the further in you push, the clearer it gets that the dead were only the beginning. Someone made them.
